Catering Policy – Lebanese Garden

Payment Terms
To secure your catering order, full payment is required by the delivery or event date. We accept cash, online card payments, e-transfers, and EFT via direct bank deposit. Regular clients may be eligible for 30-day payment terms; please speak with your Catering Coordinator if you need alternative arrangements. Ideally, final guest counts and menu selections should be confirmed at least 3 days prior to your event.

Order Revisions
Changes to your catering order — including menu items, guest count, or delivery details — are accepted up to 3 days before the event date. Requests made after this deadline should be immediately requested from our catering team.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us manage ingredients, labor, and delivery schedules, all cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.

  • Cancellations more than 3 days before the event: Full refund of payments made, minus any unrecoverable costs.
  • Cancellations 1-2 days before the event: A partial cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total order value may apply.
  • Same day cancellations are not accepted. 100% cancellation fee, inclusive of all costs

Refunds will be processed based on the timing of your cancellation request and any applicable costs already incurred.
